Deutenberg wire technology
Deutenberg Drahttechnik GmbH is part of Deutenberg Gruppe and thus a medium-sized company headquartered in Ense. We are proud of our long experience and tradition in wire technology and wire processing. With our base of competent employees, we have been producing wire products of all kinds for more than 60 years now. Our customers are from different areas in industry, architecture, trade and shop construction.
Products of Different Materials
We produce industrial and welding grids, stainless steel grids, wire baskets and complete extension systems, technical wire items and wire bending parts. Depending on the application and area of use, we use different materials and material thicknesses for production of our wire products. We produce wire parts of raw or blank wire, as well as of zinc-plated or aluminium zinc-plated wire. Stainless steel wires are processed at Deutenberg as well. The diameter of the processing wires is between 1.6 and 10 millimetres.
All wire grids, baskets, wire bending parts and gabion cages for sound protection walls are optionally available with a refined surface. Choose between a chrome-plated, galvanised or hot-dip galvanised surface or epoxy powder coating.
Wire Processing in State-of-the-Art Production Sites
Our state-of-the-art machinery comprises CNC bending and CNC-spot-welding devices, punches and other machines. Typical tasks of wire technology, such as welding work, forming and trimming are applied here with the utmost accuracy and care. This also applies to bending, notching and punching of wire products. We produce with the lowest possible tool effort to process wires into complex technical wire items effectively and economically efficiently.
Satisfaction of our customers is our objective. This objective determines our daily actions. We do everything to convince our customers by high-quality products, perfect service and unconditional reliability. Continuous cooperation with suppliers and partner companies, characterised by fairness and mutual trust, are also part of this.
In spite of increasing globalisation, we consider ourselves set up well for the future with this alignment and are certain that we will be able to continue to successfully prevail against our competitors.
